Cities throughout the Triangle regularly make top ten lists of the best places to live and Murdock & Gannon has been building quality homes in the area since 1995. Our company was forged between two area builders with extensive backgrounds in the home building industry.
Murdock is derived from Jeff Murdock, who entered the home building business after graduating from the University of Texas. He began building custom homes in Texas, later moving to Colorado and eventually to North Carolina in 1988.
Gannon comes from Steve Gannon, who entered the home building business in 1979 while living in New York. After moving to North Carolina in 1983, Steve started Gannon’s Construction. With a background in carpentry, Steve was able to bring formidable attention to detail to every home he built.
In 1995 Jeff and Steve, long-time friends, decided to combine their talent and experience to form Murdock & Gannon. Since then, Murdock & Gannon has earned a reputation for quality construction and unsurpassed customer service.
